Mid-America Transplant Services’ (MTS) charitable foundation announced it will make available $80,000 in scholarship monies for current and future students in St. Louis and Springfield, MO seeking careers in critical care nursing.
The Mid-America Transplant Services (MTS) charitable foundation has awarded over $350,000 in grants to five nonprofit organizations, four in the St. Louis area and one in Springfield, MO.
“When communities collaborate to improve health they can also reduce organ failure,” said MTS President and CEO Dean F. Kappel, in announcing the creation of the organization’s new charitable foundation.
