We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits with coverage that begins on the first day of employment. We offer two medical options with low- or no-cost monthly premiums for individual coverage.

We offer a 401K retirement savings plan that begins the first day of the month following your hire date and are proud to offer a generous company match of 5%. After one year of employment, we offer additional annual company contributions.

Paid Time Off

In addition to accruing 10 hours of paid time off each month, annually, we provide 7.5 hours of paid personal time, nine paid holidays, and an Extended Medical Bank for sick leave.

We offer company-paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance up to four times your annual base salary.

At Mid-America Transplant, we have a multi-step interview process designed to identify individuals who embody our mission, vision, and values. Each stage includes behavioral-based questions and provides you with the opportunity to ask your own questions.

The typical interview process includes:

  • A phone interview with a recruiter
  • A virtual interview with the hiring manager
  • An onsite panel interview with leaders closely associated with the role

Throughout your interview journey, one of our recruiters will guide you through each step.
