Jack Palmer

We were told Jack would never survive the pregnancy. We were told his chance of survival after delivery was slim to none. We were told there hadn’t been a successful infant heart-double lung transplant done in over 10 years. But on May 23rd, 2018 at only 4 months of age and 100 days on the transplant list, Jack received his second chance at life with a heart-double lung transplant. Jack will turn 2 years old next week and is thriving at home. Organ donation gave our son life and has changed our lives forever.
