My father, Steve, spent most of his life dedicated to the fire service; saving lives by serving our communities in Southeast Missouri. To know his life ended very traumatically and suddenly, my family and I found comfort in knowing that his life ended by saving numerous lives by his gift of life to the ones in need of life saving transplant(s).
