It brings me comfort that she continues to live on in the lives of others.
My mom died on July 7, 2018, at the age of 58. She was the light of my life, and I’ve not been the same person since. My mom was a beautiful lady with a larger-than-life personality who cared about others.
She was a tissue donor. I found out after she died that her donation from the U.S. helped recipients as far away as Greece. It brings me comfort that she did not die in vain and that she continues to live on in the lives of others.
I’m grateful and blessed to be her son, and I know I’ll see her again and that she’s at peace in the arms of the Lord.
